Nail tips were defective and in a size that didn't match the tip size from the complete set box. To get support, I had to create an online account on their site despite purchasing through Shopify and their customer service still will not guarantee a refund for the defective items. I'm switching brands after this experience
This is my favorite thing about Après - that you can but the refill bags. Better for our pockets, better for the environment, better all around! I hope they NEVER stop doing this. This is what keeps me being one of their customers.
I've grown to love this shape! I'm a round shape nail girly, but at first I thought these tips looked a bit awkward on my fingers. If you take the time to customize them to your fingers (a little bit of filing), they look great. The sizing on these is much more consistent than the almond medium from this brand.
