DIRECTIONS
- Prep the natural nail
- Apply pH Bonder
- Scrub Gel-X Prep into the underside of the Gel-X Tip
- Apply a thin layer of Extend Gel Non-Wipe onto the natural nail
- Cure for 30 sec
- Apply a bead of Extend Gel Non-Wipe onto the underside of the Gel-X Tip and carefully apply the Gel-X Tip onto the natural nail
- Use the Omni Light to flash cure for 10 sec
- Cure the entire hand in LED lamp for 30 sec
FOR COLOR APPLICATION
- Scrub Gel-X Prep onto the surface of the Gel-X Tip
- Apply “Mischief Madness” along the preferred smile line
- Cure for 30 sec
- Apply a second coat
- Cure for 30 sec
- Finish with “Troublemaker” Heavenly Top Gelcoat
- Cure for 60 sec

I'm absolutely thrilled with the Aprés Nails Kuromi Kit! While the French guidelines on the soft gel tips do make it easier to achieve a straight line, it's still important to have some skill and practice to get it just right. On the other hand, the extend gel non-wipe has been a total game-changer for me - no more dealing with dirt and fluff getting stuck under the nail!
I did find that the black French polish could be a bit more pigmented when drawing thin lines, but that's not a major issue since we're usually applying a second layer anyway. The Heavenly Top Coat, on the other hand, is absolutely stunning - the shimmering glitter details on the bottle are a lovely touch!
The soft gel tips themselves have a beautiful pink tone and a nice structure, which is consistent with Apres Nails' high-quality standards. My only minor complaint is that the Omni Light is made of a very light plastic, which isn't my favorite. However, it still gets the job done easily and looks pretty. Overall, I highly recommend the Kuromi Kit to anyone with a little bit of experience in nail art. The quality is amazing, and I'll definitely be ordering more products from Apres Nails in the future - nothing can compare to their standards!
I was super excited to finally get my first Apres kit but when I opened my Kuromi kit and looked inside, there were no nail tips included. For a 140 dollar kit, I expected a lot better. Make sure you buy ahead of time if you're sold on this kit because there seems to be severe quality control issues in order to miss something that big.
I ordered the Kuromi Kit and the nail tips were not in my case! That was the first thing! Second I ordered a Kuromi nail color, the cat eye pink I did receive that but the box itself was all broken and damaged. These kits are not cheap! I would think Apres would be more careful and send the products in a nice box and it wasn’t in shipping the outside box was not damaged at all! I am so sad and like I said for the price I don’t know why the tips were not inside the box! I messaged the support email waiting on a response. First time ordering I think it may be my last time, after this!

I was so excited to see this collaboration, and the kit did not disappoint. The packaging is quality, and the iridescent flash curing lamp is gorgeous. I'm excited to have some pink nail tips too. It was definitely a splurge for me, but worth it.
