Extremely disappointed

I ordered at 5 of these glitter glow in the dark colors hoping to enjoy the glow and pretty colors. I knew they would be pretty shear but what I’m sad about and why they are getting a 1 star rating for is that they don’t glow like at all! I have glow in the dark top coats that work 100 times better than these do and that breaks my heart. I wanted to love this so I wouldn’t have to keep top coating with glow in the dark top coat but it seems I’m still stuck doing that with these products. Sad. And I really love this color too
