HOW TO USE OMNI LIGHT SAFELY
For happy curing, always adhere to these guidelines to ensure safety and to prolong the lifespan of the Omni Light battery. Before charging and using your Omni Light, make sure you’re doing it safely.
How to Charge Omni Light
1. Always use the charger that comes with Omni Light.
Use the certified 5V2A charger that comes with the Omni Light – other chargers can cause damage to the battery or pose safety hazards.
2. Do not overcharge Omni Light.
Disconnect the Omni Light from its charger once it is fully charged. Do not leave Omni Light charging continuously for extended periods (unplug within 1-2 hours after full charge) to prevent overheating, reduced performance, or safety risks.
3. Promptly recharge Omni Light when it runs out of battery.
Do not allow the Omni Light to remain at 0% battery for prolonged periods, as this may damage the battery or cause charging failure. Recharge promptly when the battery is low.
4. Don’t leave Omni Light to charge unattended.
Stay near the Omni Light while charging to detect abnormalities such as overheating, unusual odors, or noises. In the event of charging abnormalities, unplug the device first to mitigate risks.
5. Don’t use Omni Light while it’s charging.
Refrain from high-power tasks during charging to minimize overheating or charging irregularities.
Where to Charge Omni Light
1. Not too hot, not too cold.
Do not charge Omni Light in environments above 40°C (104°F) or under direct sunlight (e.g., in cars, near heaters) to prevent overheating or explosion risks. Similarly, charging in temperatures below 0°C (32°F) may impair battery performance. Charge within a moderate temperature range (10°C-30°C / 50°F-86°F).
2. Make sure there’s good ventilation.
Charge Omni Light in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid charging Omni Light on beds, under blankets, or in enclosed spaces to prevent heat buildup.
3. Don’t store Omni Light in high heat.
Do not store the device in high-temperature environments (e.g., a car in summer) to prevent safety hazards.
4. Keep Omni Light away from liquids and metals.
Keep metal objects (e.g., keys, coins) away from the charging port to avoid short circuits. Protect the device and charger from water or liquids.
5. Recharge Omni Light when not in regular use.
If the Omni Light is unused for extended periods, charge it at least once every three months to prevent battery failure due to self-discharge.
What to Do if Omni Light Charges Irregularly
