DIRECTIONS

Apply a layer of sparkly Hello Kitty® Eye Gel Couleur and then use your Magic Magnet Wand to create your desired look. Once satisfied, cure in an LED light for 30s. Finish with Top Gelcoat and you’re ready for a day of magic with Hello Kitty and friends!

I used this shade today for a back-to-school teacher-themed set, handpainting shiny red apples 🍎—and it was absolutely perfect! First the packaging is adorable. You can leave the kitty on top on or off. The red is a georgeous cat eye color that comes with magnet & looks so pretty!
