Been with this company for a little over 2 years; their product is good, price is high compared to others, but that’s not too big of a problem. I had a box full of tips for refilling, but not until today I notice some bags were abnormally small for 50pcs. I’d never counted the tips because I trusted this company, but come to find out that was placed in the wrong hand. The pictures below say it all, some bags have even less than 20 pcs. For a well-known company to have such shady practice is so soul-itch. Speechless, and so disappointed!!
