Sadness I meant to give it a 1 star not 5

I ordered at 5 of these glitter glow in the dark colors hoping to enjoy the glow and pretty colors. I knew they would be pretty shear but what I’m sad about and why they are getting a 1 star rating for is that they don’t glow like at all! I have glow in the dark top coats that work 100 times better than these do and that breaks my heart. I wanted to love that so I wouldn’t have to keep top coating with glow in the dark top coat but it seems I’m still stuck doing that with these products. Sad. Forgot to change the stats in the first one
