Great product
I order this light during the “Vault” sale. I received the Flex Lite, in the middle of me preparing to put on my gel X set, the first time using the Flex lite, it did not work. I reached out to customer service, they asked for a video of the Flex Lite not working. They informed me the Flex Lite was not in stock no more and proceeded me with a refund. I’ve been wanting the Flex Lite for a white now and for me to order it and it not work, I was very disappointed. Hopefully a better version will be created.
My lamp only lasted me 1 year and 3 months before it died. Nothing I did would bring it back to life. I have another brand’s light that I’ve had for over 3 years and it works perfectly. I won’t buy this light again.. not worth the money
I’ve had this lamp for a year and 4 months. It’s had to be repaired once after only 4 months of use. (thankful for the warranty) I unplugged the lamp while cleaning when I plugged it back in it would not function properly. Almost as year to the date of that problem it’s done it again. Yet this time it will not turn on at all🫠. I loved this lamp, but this crazy that literally unplugging then plugging it back up causes it not to work.
